PeakShine offers a range of mobile car wash services including, but not limited to, express car washes, interior and exterior detailing, waxing, tire shine, and odor removal. We utilize eco-friendly washing solutions in our operations. Our services are performed at your specified location.
3. Booking and Appointments
- Scheduling: All service appointments must be booked through our online platform or via phone. You will receive a confirmation once your booking is successful.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Access to Vehicle: It is your responsibility to ensure our technicians have safe and clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location.
- Weather Conditions: In the event of unsuitable weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, extreme cold), PeakShine reserves the right to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our team and the quality of the service.
4. Payment
- Pricing: Service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform. Payment is typically due upon completion of the service.
- Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You must remove all valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle prior to the service. PeakShine is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
- Inform our technicians of any pre-existing conditions, damage, or concerns regarding your vehicle that may affect the service.
- Ensure there is adequate space and safety for our technicians to perform the service at your chosen location.
6. Limitation of Liability
PeakShine strives to provide the highest quality service. While we take utmost care, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Eco-Friendly Practices
We are committed to using environmentally responsible products and methods. While we aim to minimize our environmental footprint, we cannot guarantee zero impact.
8. Changes to Terms
PeakShine reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
